RETURN & REFUND POLICY

The product must be in the same condition that you receive it. After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund.

Application for the Return of an Item:

• Seller has delivered an Item that does not match the agreed specification (e.g. wrong products, wrong quantity etc.) to customer;
• The Item received is not authentic;
• The Item received has physical damage (e.g. dented, scratched, shattered).
